WHALING is a short documentary detailing Noah's family's 100 year old Sears Catalog home in Benton Harbor, Michigan built by his Great Grandfather and Great-Great-Grandfather. At that time in America, Sears was the only company that openly sold to Black Americans. Follow Noah as he recounts his memories of childhood, family and blackhood as he witnesses the dilapidated property for the first time in years.
